Ashleigh Butcher

Ashleigh is a professional actor, singer, dancer and fitness instructor, originally from Port Elizabeth. She graduated from Oakfields College in 2013, with a National Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance. With a foundation in Pilates, Ashleigh is also a BalletRip instructor and has been teaching for the past 5 years, instructing mostly private clients and small group classes.

Ruby Burton

Ruby Burton is a professional Dancer who’s foundation lies in intense ballet training and contemporary dance. She has traveled the world training, and performing and has a passion for coaching clients from all over the world.

Ruby is a certified Pilates instructor, yoga practitioner and follows a Holistic Health program.

Her mission is to help her clients achieve optimum health, to inspire them to become the best version of themselves and to ultimately have fun whilst exercising.

Sean John Louw

Sean is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. He teaches BalletRIP, Body Weight Strength and HIIT. Sean’s classes are energetic, fun and well designed. Having been exposed to fitness and movement for most of his life, Sean has a great understanding of the human body. His formal dance training makes him meticulous about form and quality of movement.

Stefania Du Toit

Stefania du Toit, is a professional dancer, actor and singer. She graduated in 2011 with a Distinction from The Cape Academy of Performing Arts where she received her Diploma in Performing Arts and other related studies.

Having completed a Pilates course as well, Stefania also has a passion for teaching dance and fitness.

She currently teaches Barre, Dance Fitness and Stretch and Tone.

She guarantees lots of energy, a great burn and most of all, fun in all her classes.

Tyla Dee Nurden

Tyla Dee Nurden is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specialized in fitness modules Methodology X (founded by world-renowned UK PT, Dan Roberts) and BalletRIP. She’s also a professional performer/dancer having in depth knowledge and understanding of the body to achieve optimum results and injury prevention.

Tyla is offering: 1-on-1 private coaching (Home based workouts and/or Methodology X) as well as group classes for Methodology X, BalletRIP and HIIT training.
