Personal Sessions with Tyla Nurden

Tyla offers 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions consisting of effective home workouts and/or private Methodology X sessions, as well as offering nutritional guidance. 

The workouts aim to:
• Make you feel amazing and confident in your own skin
• Help you find joy in working out
• Will get you stronger, healthier, sculpt your body and increase your fitness levels 
• Will make you feel more alive! 

Tyla also has a 4 week program currently running which consists of: 

– 3 written home workouts (with video tutorials)
– 2 to 3 Methodology X sessions
– Nutritional Guidance
– 24hr WhatsApp support
