BalletRIP

BalletRIP is a dynamic workout of fun, effective movement sequences that is done to funky upbeat music. Classes aim for you to achieve optimal muscle toning and strengthening, fitness endurance, and a toned and elongated body. It is defined and differentiated by the concept of: Barre-LESS movement. Step away from the barre and learn to: Own Your Movement. Own Your Body. Own Yourself. No previous dance experience is required and each class is open to people of all fitness and strength levels.

BARRE

Barre is a form of physical exercise, which incorporate movements derived from ballet, Pilates and yoga. These classical dance movements and poised positions are combined with other equipment such as resistance bands, exercise balls and light dumbbells and are sometimes used in addition to the barre. In these Barre classes you will focus on small, pulsing, repetitive movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. Barre classes focus on developing strength and flexibility for the entire body

Methodology X

MX is a workout program designed by world renowned UK Personal Trainer, Dan Roberts, who originally created MX to train Victoria Secret Models. The workouts combine elements of Pilates, yoga, athletics, ballet, commercial dance, martial arts and strength training. MX gets your mind and body working together, requires minimal equipment and gets you training like an athlete. All workouts are doable but a good challenge, highly effective and will strengthen, shape and lean out your body.

Ruby’s private classes consist of personalized programs structured towards the goals of her clients. Whether it be one on one Pilates, Stretch or Dance Classes, she focuses on understanding her clients needs and helps them get to where they want to be. 
She believes in a well balanced lifestyle incorporating, nutrition, exercise and a healthy attitude into her Programs. 
She offers a great package including classes, a personalized Stretch Program and an individualized Holistic Meal Plan.

Tyla offers 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions consisting of effective home workouts and/or private Methodology X sessions, as well as offering nutritional guidance.

The workouts aim to: • Make you feel amazing and confident in your own skin • Help you find joy in working out • Will get you stronger, healthier, sculpt your body and increase your fitness levels • Will make you feel more alive! Stefania du Toit, is a professional dancer, actor and singer. She graduated in 2011 with a Distinction from The Cape Academy of Performing Arts where she received her Diploma in Performing Arts and other related studies.

Having completed a Pilates course as well, Stefania also has a passion for teaching dance and fitness. She currently teaches group classes in Barre, HIIT, Resistance/ Strength training and Dance Fitness. She guarantees lots of energy, a great burn and most of all, fun in all her classes while improving your mood, strength and flexibility.Stefania du Toit, is a professional dancer, actor and singer. Ruby Burton is a professional Dancer who’s foundation lies in intense ballet training and contemporary dance. She has traveled the world training, and performing and has a passion for coaching clients from all over the world. Ruby is a certified Pilates instructor, yoga practitioner and follows a Holistic Health program. Her mission is to help her clients achieve optimum health, to inspire them to become the best version of themselves and to ultimately have fun whilst exercising.

Tyla Dee Nurden is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specialized in fitness modules Methodology X (founded by world-renowned UK PT, Dan Roberts) and BalletRIP. She’s also a professional performer/dancer having in depth knowledge and understanding of the body to achieve optimum results and injury prevention. Tyla is offering: 1-on-1 private coaching (Home based workouts and/or Methodology X) as well as group classes for Methodology X, BalletRIP and HIIT training. Tyla is a real ball of energy; supporting and motivating her clients from beginning to end, with her main aim to help people get moving, fitter, stronger and to FEEL MORE ALIVE!

Ashleigh Butcher

Ashleigh is a professional actor, singer, dancer and fitness instructor, originally from Port Elizabeth. She graduated from Oakfields College in 2013, with a National Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance. With a foundation in Pilates, Ashleigh is also a BalletRip instructor and has been teaching for the past 5 years, instructing mostly private clients and small group classes.

Sean is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. He teaches BalletRIP, Body Weight Strength and HIIT. Sean’s classes are energetic, fun and well designed. Having been exposed to fitness and movement for most of his life, Sean has a great understanding of the human body. His formal dance training makes him meticulous about form and quality of movement.
